Overzealous Spam Filter

Unfortunately it looks like a few new support queries over the past couple of weeks have been gobbled up by our Overzealous Spam Filter and subsequently deleted. We’ve managed to retrieve messages from the spam filter that were caught in the past 7 days, but some messages sent before last week, cannot be retrieved.

If you have sent us a support query and have received no response — including no automated response from our support system which would have included your support case number — please try sending us your support query again.

We’ve now implemented a not-quite-so Overzealous Spam Filter, so this problem shouldn’t occur again.
