Support System Issues

It has come to our attention today that a number of customer support queries that were sent to us over the past month have incorrectly been put into the spam folder of our case management system. We’ve resolved this issue now, but there will be a number of customers who have not received a reply from us in the past month. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.
