I am looking to create PDF docs from within my application. I have researched a number of PDF writers (virtual printers) and noticed QuickPDF and in particular QuickPDF Lite. Because my app produces an SVG file, is it possible to output this to PDF through some conversion in QuickPDF or do I need to rely on a PDF writer (using the usual PDF virtual printer)?

Unfortunately Quick PDF Library does not include any functions that would let you an SVG file to a PDF. This question on Stack Overflow might assist you.
