Is it possible to sign a PDF file with a smartcard using your application? I only found a reference to loading a .pfx or .p12 file.

No, it isn't possible to sign a PDF file with a SmartCard using Quick PDF Library at the moment. We'll consider adding this feature in a future version, but it isn't in our short-term plans.
