PDF/A release date

When will QuickPDF library be PDF/A functional? Can you provide any date more concrete then "near future" like in this quiestion? http://help.quickpdflibrary.com/questions/267/pdf-a-1-conformance

Answer

We don't have a release date for PDF/A yet, but at this stage it will be one of the key features of version 8 of the library. We don't have an exact release date for version 8 yet, but it will sometime in the second half of this year.

I will update this thread as soon as I have a more definite date for you.
