I am delphi user, can Quick PDF library convert ms document (word, excel) to pdf ?

It is not built into the Quick PDF library. There are a couple of ways to do this such as automating Word or Excel to generate the PDF files for you. Office 2010 program support exporting files as PDF. With earlier version you can use automation to print to PDF using a PDF printer driver. Google is your friend regarding automation options.
