How do I get Quick PDF icons to appear in Excel?

How do I get Quick PDF icons to appear in Excel? The application is installed on the PC and icons appear in Lotus Notes. They used to appear in Excel on a toolbar but since the PC has been reimaged the icons are no longer there.

Quick PDF Library does not create toolbars icons in Excel or Lotus Notes. It is most likely that these icons were created by someone in your IT department or were icons created and used by some other PDF program.
