We&#8217;ve managed to retrieve messages from the spam filter that were caught in the past 7 days, but some messages sent before last week, cannot be retrieved.<\/p>\n<p>If you have sent us a support query and have received no response &#8212; including no automated response from our support system which would have included your support case number &#8212; please try sending us your support query again.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve now implemented a not-quite-so Overzealous Spam Filter, so this problem shouldn&#8217;t occur again.<\/p>\n<p>Apologies for any inconvenience\u00a0this issue has caused.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unfortunately it looks like a few new support queries over the past couple of weeks have been gobbled up by our Overzealous Spam Filter and subsequently deleted.
