Text select tool- possible?

is it possible to have "Text select tool" like Foxit has? To draw text in "selected" state.

Quick PDF Library does not include any text selection functionality, although it would be possible to create this feature in your application by using other functions available in the library.

The key functions you'd require is the rendering functions and the extraction functions.
