Setting Magnification to “Fit Visible” using SetOpenActionDestination

Is there a way to set Magnification to "Fit Visible" using SetOpenActionDestination function??

I can set to "Fit Width" or "Fit Page" but cannot seem to find out how to set to "Fit Visible".

There is a similar function called SetOpenActionDestinationFull() that has the extra parameters you need to set the open action to Fit Visible.
