How can I set an optional content group to behave as radio buttons?

I've got two optional content groups: Text and Image. I'd like one to turn off when the other is turned on. How can I make OCGs behave as radio buttons, rather than independent checkboxes? The tag from the raw pdf is /RBGroups, but I don't see how to to it using QuickPDF.

Quick PDF Library does not currently support the /RBGroups tag. We will add this to the todo list for future versions.
